• Payment was made in error or duplicated.
• The project has not been initiated by Influx Infotech.
• Services cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Influx Infotech.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

• Website design and development services after project initiation.
• Digital marketing, SEO, and advertising services already performed.
• Domain registration, hosting, software licenses, and third-party purchases.
• Custom software development and consulting services.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

5. Service Termination

Influx Infotech reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates agreed terms, engages in unlawful activities, or fails to make required payments.

6. Modification of Policy
